Delete your account
We are sorry to see you go. You can request permanent deletion of your Libero account and all associated data using the form below. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
What will be deleted:
your account (email, display name, preferences), streaks, check-ins,
relapse logs, panic sessions, badges, subscription records and any
notification tokens. This cannot be undone.
What we may retain:
anonymized, aggregated usage statistics, and a limited record of the
fact that a deletion request was made — solely to comply with our
legal obligations (fraud prevention, tax, audit logs).
We retain these only for as long as legally required.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We will send a confirmation email to the address you submit when the deletion is complete. If you change your mind, reply to that email before the deletion is processed.
