Common requests
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Libero.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Libero.
- Stripe (Android): we will email you a link to your customer portal on request.
Export your data
Open Libero → Settings → Export Data. You will receive a JSON file containing all of your check-ins, relapses, streaks and preferences.
Delete your account
You can delete your account inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or on the web without having Libero installed: Delete my account.
